Unless otherwise announced, practices are held at the NIH Field on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 to 7 p.m. Practice will resume in late August 2016. There is a routine to our practices. The typical two-hour practice follows the outline below, with 15 minutes used for breaks and discussions:
Skills: The first 45 minutes of each practice are spent on skills. We always work on throwing and sometimes have time for other skills: - Offense
